Eligibility terms
- The guarantee begins when the campaign goes live, not when the agreement is signed.
- The client funds at least $750 per month in advertising spend paid directly to Meta.
- Forge must receive access to the required Meta Business assets, and the campaign must run continuously for the 60-day period.
- The client approves ads and requested changes within two business days and responds to new leads within one business day.
- A qualified lead is a new, non-duplicate person in the agreed service area requesting an eligible service with valid contact information.
- Paused campaigns, spam, duplicates, existing customers, job applicants and out-of-area contacts do not count. Disputed leads are reviewed together against the written definition.
- The guarantee covers Forge’s management service, not ad spend, third-party costs, booked appointments, jobs, pricing, availability or revenue. Final terms must be documented before launch.

Timing depends on launch, approval, market and offer. We do not promise a specific start date; we will tell you what is happening and what needs attention.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A new, valid, non-duplicate inquiry from someone in the agreed service area seeking an eligible service. The written definition and exclusions are agreed before launch.
