Why I Started Forge
I'm Chris — a husband, father of four, and someone with an operations and continuous improvement background. I started Forge Platform Systems because I kept seeing the same thing happen to good contractors around Chattanooga.
They were great at their trade. They showed up on time, did quality work, and treated customers right. But they were losing jobs — not because someone else was better, but because they didn't have the right systems in place. Leads would come in and sit unanswered. Follow-ups got forgotten. Competitors with better websites and faster response times were winning work they didn't deserve.
I wanted to fix that. Not by selling contractors another app or another subscription they'd never use — but by building real, complete systems tailored to how service businesses actually operate. A website that captures leads. Alerts that hit your phone instantly. Follow-ups that happen automatically. Review requests that go out without you thinking about it.
My goal is simple: I want to see small business owners achieve their goals and find success without having to worry about the tech side. When the contractors I work with book more jobs and grow their business, that's how I know we're doing it right.
